Multinex Crosswalk

Check what agents read.
Review what they write.

Keep business context aligned with your data. Bring CRM records, lakehouse models, and business definitions into one review—so your teams and agents work from consistent meaning.

CRM and lakehouse preview. Connections and deployment scope are assessed with your team.

What gets reviewed

A matching field is only the beginning.

Explore the questions behind a trustworthy mapping. Examples use generic CRM field names.

Business meaning, mapped

An amount needs more than a matching name.

Are these values expressed on the same currency and reporting basis?

  • Currency conversion and exchange-rate basis
  • Data types, nulls, and normalization rules
  • Record grain and measurement date
CRM / business definitionopportunity.amount
Lakehouse / semantic modelgold.fact_pipeline.pipeline_value_usd

A normalized USD value may be correct. Its conversion rule still needs to be explicit.

Business context meets data

Bring the evidence to the people who know the business.

A shared review experience for data teams, business owners, and CRM administrators.

Inspect the mapping

See the declared keys, joins, grain, and business purpose—not just a line between two tables.

Understand the result

Keep technical results, evidence coverage, and freshness visible. Missing evidence is not a pass.

Record the decision

Separate steward approval from technical validation, with the source and mapping version attached.

Context continuity

Crosswalk checks the meaning.

MemQ

MemQ · planned integration

Reusable, versioned business definitions and decision context, with references back to the evidence.

Your source systems remain authoritative. Raw customer rows are not projected into MemQ by default.

Your systems, connected by meaning

How Crosswalk fits your business.

How do we get started with Crosswalk?

Start with one business question and the systems behind it. We’ll review your CRM, lakehouse models, and business definitions, then agree on a focused pilot. Crosswalk is currently available for preview discussions.

Which CRMs and data platforms can we use?

CRM targets include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales. On the data side, lakehouse models, dbt definitions, and catalog metadata provide the mapping context. We confirm connector availability and the supported workflow for your deployment before a pilot.

Does Crosswalk replace our CRM or lakehouse?

No. Your existing systems remain the sources of record. Crosswalk helps your teams align business definitions with data models, inspect the evidence, and review differences. It does not replace your data pipelines or automatically repair source records.

Where does MemQ fit?

MemQ preserves the definitions, policies, and decisions your teams approve. The planned Crosswalk integration makes that context reusable across agent sessions, with references back to the mapping evidence. Crosswalk remains responsible for the current review and approval state.

What does review before write-back mean?

It means checking a proposed update against the relevant business definition, policy, and source evidence before it returns to a system. The current preview supports exploring that review process; it does not send changes to your CRM or lakehouse.
