Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Multinex AI website, software, APIs, or enterprise solutions (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

2. Intellectual Property & Reverse Engineering

The architecture, design concepts, source code, and methodologies underlying the Multinex M.A.R.S Dual-Brain system, Multinex Shield, and MUNX Protocol Visa (including the "Aho-Corasick zero-copy memory scanning" and "Ed25519 Cryptographic Tether" workflows) are the exclusive intellectual property of Multinex AI.

Strict Prohibition: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying architectural concepts of the Services. You may not copy, replicate, or commercialize the "Federated Intelligence" and "Sovereign Sector" architectures without an explicit, written Enterprise License Agreement.

3. Agent Liability and the MUNX Protocol Visa

Multinex AI provides infrastructure for the deployment of autonomous agents. The enterprise client acknowledges that they bear full legal and financial responsibility for the actions executed by agents originating from their network. The MUNX Protocol Visa system is provided as a cryptographic safeguard; however, Multinex AI is not liable for damages caused by improperly configured agents, unauthorized access to private keys, or API hallucinations.

4. License Constraints (Tiered Deployments)

Tier 3 (Cloud API): Provided strictly as a "best-effort" compliance gateway. It is NOT certified for processing Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA unless a formal Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is signed.
Tier 1 & Tier 2 (Sovereign / VPC): Licenses for on-premise execution are strictly bound to the hardware and environments authorized in the master service agreement. Unauthorized distribution of the container images will result in immediate license revocation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multinex AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or intellectual property, arising from the use or inability to use our infrastructure.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
